Maybe I should clarify my problem a bit more. So I can access the pages of these news clips using the /details/ as you mentioned. However I used to be able to also watch the video in 60 second intervals of these clips. My bookmarks were direct links to the videos (hence the ?start=0&end=60 because it was in 60 second intervals) and they worked good up until yesterday afternoon when they were taken offline and now giving me the error message "The item is not available due to issues with the item's content". I used to only get that error when I tried to view the clips in longer than 60 second intervals but now get it if I try to view it at all in any interval (I can't view it in 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 second or really anything at all). These are some very important and huge events that have been retracted from being viewed from the archive and as I said, I hope that this is a temporary error that will be fixed.

repost: now i understand what you refer to. the programming you mention is all non-news. only news programming is viewable.

The page your link goes to does not allow viewing of the video file. There are thumbnails of the news broadcast but no way to view. Clicking on every object displayed on the page causes no actions other than 'change to grid view' or ' borrow a dvd of the show'.

Admin, try accessing the page from outside the Internet Archive and you may better understand the users request..

The title and caption is not designated news but the programming is designated news. I always used the TV archive because yo ucould view this programming that wasn't just news for situations where breaking news happened in the middle of a program, such as what I have linked. Is there a way to have those unlocked for viewing to view again?

Will they ever be unlocked for viewing again? There are a ton of news programs that now can't be viewed such as these below:

It's too late for these, but if you come across other videos that are not unambiguous news, one solution is download and save the videos to local servers. Or, add to the Wayback machine, or another online archive service. I did this for a couple thousand books when I noticed they were being deleted on copyright concerns (if they are copyright or not I don't know it's unclear, most looked like orphans).

Yes I can see the page fine I just can't watch the video like I used to be able to. I used to be able to watch the videos as I linked above in 60 second intervals but now get the error as mentioned above when trying to watch any of them
